CCI is known among marksmen for having reliable ammunition. The CCI Subsonic .22 short 29 grain CB (conical ball) 0026 rounds are designed for quiet (about as loud as an air rifle) yet effective performance. This round is ideal for close-range pest control or just plinking cans outside.
This ammo WILL NOT CYCLE SEMI-AUTO firearms and is INTENDED FOR HANDGUNS ONLY. Also, this ammo IS NOT 22 LR and should not be used even in single-shot 22 LR single-shot rifles.
The bullets fire at subsonic speeds (710 FPS) so you don’t have to worry about chasing off game or breaking noise ordinance. However, don’t let the lower velocity lead you to believe this bullet can’t knock out any close-range pest you are dealing with. CCI designed these rounds to get the job done.
